How much does roadside assistance cost on Santorini?
The price is agreed in advance and depends on your location, the type of vehicle and the service you need. Call us and you will know the cost before we set off. There are no hidden charges.
How long will it take you to arrive?
Usually 15 to 30 minutes from your call, anywhere on Santorini. Once we are on the way you receive a tracking link and can watch our truck move on the map in real time.
Do I need a contract or insurance cover to use your service?
No. We are roadside assistance without a contract. You do not need an annual subscription, and roadside assistance does not have to be included in your insurance policy. You are charged per incident and pay on the spot.
Which parts of Santorini do you cover?
The whole island: Fira, Oia, Kamari, Perissa, Akrotiri, Pyrgos, Megalochori, Vourvoulos, Karterados, Emporio and Vlychada, as well as Athinios port and the airport. We also come to dirt tracks and hard to reach spots.
Do you work at night, on weekends and on holidays?
Yes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The phone is answered at three in the morning, at Christmas and at Easter.
My rental car has broken down. What should I do?
Call us first, then inform the rental company. Most rental companies do not operate their own tow truck on the island. We collect the vehicle and deliver it wherever they tell you: a garage, their office or the airport.
How can I pay?
Cash or card, on the spot once the job is done. A receipt or invoice is issued.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We serve customers in English and Greek.
Can you send my vehicle to another island or to mainland Greece?
We handle transport from wherever the vehicle is to Athinios port and load it onto the ferry. From there a partner or a haulage company collects it at the destination. You do not need to be present.
Do you take scooters, ATVs and quad bikes?
Yes. Scooters, motorcycles, ATVs, quad bikes and buggies, with equipment suited to two and four wheelers.
My battery is flat. Does the car need towing?
Usually not. We come to you and jump start the vehicle on the spot. Towing is only needed if the fault runs deeper.
I have a flat tyre. What do you do?
We take the vehicle to the nearest tyre shop. We do not change the wheel at the roadside.
I have run out of fuel.
We bring fuel to you, petrol or diesel, so you can carry on with your journey.
I drive an electric car. Can you handle it?
Yes. Electric vehicles are transported in the correct manner so that the drivetrain is not damaged.
I am stuck on a dirt track or in sand.
We recover vehicles from difficult ground: dirt tracks, beaches and the steep climbs that are common on the island.
